SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Unfortunately, although we are effectively working on this, at this time we do not ship on Saturday, Sundays and holidays. 

Once you receive an email that your order has shipped we are not responsible for any delays or packages being lost and if needed please contact carrier. Please always make sure the address you provided is correct, Gallardo and Co. LLC is not responsible for any lost packages due to address entry errors. 

PRE-SALE 

All pre-sale items will ship within 30-45 days or sooner.

All pre-sale items are final sale and NONREFUNDABLE

 

Damages and issue
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RETURNS

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns. 

All items sold during BLACK friday sale are final sale and not eligible for return. 

All holiday merchandise (Valentines day, Christmas) is final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Limited drops labeled FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise, within 30 days of purchase, for store credit only. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Email us at support@gallardoandco.com to begin your return. Please include you order number and reason for return.

Please allow 8-10 business days for us to process your return and process store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You'll be issued store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via email.
